The ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SERVICES - Staff provides professional technical and mangement services to local governments and the Cape Fear Council of Governments. Information and referral, data storage, evaluation, training, facilitation, and assistance is available to member Municpal and County Governments.
