Adult Day Care Description
Provides an organized program of services and
supervision for older independent adults in a community
group setting, and respite for their caregivers.
Nutritional meals and transportation may be provided.

An organized program of services for the physically or
mentally challenged, frail or at-risk adults that provides
supervision and socialization. Services must include
health care services, as well as nutritional meals and transportation as appropriate.

These are services for the purpose of protecting disabled
or older adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation,
