The ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SERVICES - Staff provides professional technical and management services to local governments and the Cape Fear Council of Governments. Information and referral, data storage, evaluation, training, facilitation, and assistance are available to member Municipal and County Governments.
